Fixed

• The setup guide contradicted the README's own advice about privilege. The
  README says to connect with a least-privileged account; the setup guide's only
  example created a fully privileged one, and every TLS example turned
  verification off while the prose said it defaults on. A reader copies the
  example, not the prose. Examples now show the least-privileged, TLS-verifying
  form, with the lab exception spelled out as an exception.
