Changelog

Added a configurable Android download folder using the system folder picker,
so each profile can save completed downloads in any permitted location.
Added a persistent Android download service that continues downloads while the
app is backgrounded or the screen is locked.
Added a monthly Trakt maintenance goal to the Supporters page and disconnected
Trakt card, including the next monthly reset date.
Added a clear notice that donation totals are shown before payment and bank
fees, localized across the supported app languages.

Improved the Library Downloads tab with a high-contrast progress badge,
clearer movie and series episode labels, and a full download action overlay.
The download action overlay now closes when the background around its content
is tapped.
Next Up now starts resolving from local completed episodes immediately, without
waiting for remote sync to finish.
Custom Android subtitle fonts now use their embedded font family name, so they
are applied correctly by libmpv.
Android tablet navigation now adapts to the current orientation, using the
floating top bar in wide landscape windows and bottom navigation in portrait.

Fixed removal of files saved through Android's Storage Access Framework and
automatically remove completed downloads that were deleted outside the app.
Fixed completed episodes taking too long to appear as Next Up on Home.
Fixed custom subtitle fonts importing successfully but not being applied during
Android libmpv playback.
Fixed Android tablet navigation remaining in its old position after rotation.
Removed the obsolete Nuvio Enhanced feedback card from Settings.

This release is based on official NuvioMobile 0.4.4 and is versioned
independently as Nuvio Enhanced 0.4.8 (112).
