- raw-hex pattern now catches hex in backtick template literals via
  two-pass scan (pass 1: delimiter-adjacent; pass 2: embedded in
  template literal content). Covers css`color: #hex` and similar
  CSS-in-JS patterns. Comments remain safe -- stripped before both passes.

- collectReactFiles extends to .ts/.js files; excludes *.test.*, *.spec.*,
  *.d.ts, *.config.ts, *.config.js. Exported so tests can import it
  without triggering the CLI (require.main guard added).

- MCP server: spawnSync timeout (60s default, FIXEL_MCP_TIMEOUT_MS env).
  Hung Figma calls no longer block the server; timeout returns a clear
  error message naming the env var and the command.

- 31 tests passing (+10 new: backtick hex, CSS tagged template,
  comment non-flag, collectReactFiles extension/exclusion matrix).

- test/mcp-smoke.md: manual test script for the MCP server.
