wadamesh beta_49 is a T-Display P4 only drop.

Not on a P4? Skip this one. It only has P4 fixes, there is nothing new for the other boards. Stay on beta_48.

Test build. Turn on Get test builds (beta) on the device, use the Beta toggle on the web flasher, or grab a -merged.bin below. Stable stays on beta_46.

Fixed (T-Display P4)

• The Snake game no longer traps you. Tap the top bar to leave it. Before, the only way out was a reset.
• The full-screen tools (Monitor, Spectrum, Discover, Web mirror, Advert) can now be left by tapping the top bar, so they no longer trap you either.
• Screen timeout now works. The display turns off after your idle time and wakes on touch. This also fixes standby and burn-in dimming.
• Text overflow fixed. The interface is pinned to the 100% size that fits the panel.
• GPS: the L76K is now found reliably and read at 9600 baud (a boot-time detect race plus a stale 38400 setting kept it dead). You still need the GPS antenna connected and a clear view of the sky to get a fix.
• The control center dropdown is taller, so the GPS status line sits below the buttons instead of behind them.

P4 LCD model (HI8561)

• Fixed the black screen on the TFT-LCD SKU. The backlight now turns on. Please flash wadamesh-tdisplay-p4-lcd-merged.bin at 0x0 and report back.

Boards

This drop rebuilds every board so the version stays in step, but only the T-Display P4 has changes. Other boards can stay on beta_48. Flash <board>-merged.bin at 0x0 for a full install, or <board>.bin for an app-only update.
