Implement visualization improvement issues

What changed

• aligns module/package/documentation metadata with the DRE Visualizations name and canonical post-rename repository URL
• expands podcast dashboards with subject, location, trend, and choropleth views; adds accessible English/French filtering and conservative multilingual lemmatization
• adds a six-corpus, public-only Gemini embedding pipeline with incremental caching, comparable bounded cards, UMAP projection, clustering, low-signal safeguards, recommendations, compact derived artifacts, and versioned full-vector releases
• adds lazy Omeka semantic-map and similar-resource blocks, responsive accessible UI, documentation, and release metadata for 2.24.0
• strengthens CI with current pinned actions, PHP 8.2–8.5, real Omeka S module-contract checks, exact embedding dependencies, artifact consistency validation, and a secret-backed manual refresh workflow

Why

This implements the three open improvement issues while keeping paid model calls out of ordinary pull-request CI and ensuring all source records are fetched exclusively from the unauthenticated public Omeka API.

Validation

• 11 Python embedding tests against the exact pinned NumPy/Numba/scikit-learn/UMAP/Google GenAI stack
• public API dry run: 4,541 cards across all six configured corpora

PHP and real Omeka S declarations are intentionally verified by the GitHub Actions matrix because PHP/Docker are unavailable in the local environment.

Operational follow-up

• an organization owner must rename ResourceVisualizations to DREVisualizations; the current account has write but not admin permission
• add the repository GEMINI_API_KEY secret, then run Build semantic embeddings to open the derived-artifact PR and optionally publish the versioned full-vector release
