Updates the ROCm-focused Ray installation guide to reflect newer Ray/ROCm/PyTorch/Python versions and updated Docker workflows for the 26.06 refresh.
Changes:
- Update system requirements to Ray 2.55.1 / ROCm 7.2.1 / PyTorch 2.10.0+git8514f05 / Python 3.12.13 and expand supported GPU list.
- Update prebuilt Docker image tags and “build your own Docker image” instructions for Ray 2.55.1.
- Bump pinned Ray versions in the “verify” and pip-install sections from 2.51.1 to 2.55.1.
