- A tentative solution for the recent speed test failures that have begun to occur all of sudden as reported by some users. This commit implements the solution only in the code that generates the list of test servers. - Some code improvements and fine-tuning.

A tentative solution for the recent speed test failures that have begun to occur all of a sudden, as reported by some users. This commit implements the solution only in the code that generates the list of test servers. If it works well, the solution will be applied to the code that runs the actual speed tests for all client interfaces.
Some code improvements and fine-tuning.
