v1.0.0 lightweight runtime assets

Lightweight repository asset release.

This release hosts runtime model weights and optional dataset archives that were removed from the Git repository to keep git clone small.

Runtime models:

• yolov11n-face.pt -> yolov11n-face.pt
• datasets_plus_best.pt -> runs/classify/datasets_plus_optimized/weights/best.pt
• fer2013_plus_best.pt -> runs/classify/fer2013_plus_optimized/weights/best.pt
• affectnet_best.pt -> runs/classify/affectnet_optimized/weights/best.pt
• my_datasets_best.pt -> runs/classify/my_datasets_optimized/weights/best.pt

Optional datasets:

• affectnet.zip -> datasets/affectnet.zip
• fer2013plus.zip -> datasets/fer2013plus.zip

After cloning the repository, run:

python scripts/download_assets.py --models
