Point Input#bam-files links at the BAM/CRAM section (Input#bamcram)
Put a blank line around every table so kramdown and GFM both parse them
Tables: promote the first row to the header instead of emitting an empty header row
Migrate the popgen.dk ANGSD wiki to GitHub 85 pages converted from MediaWiki to Markdown, plus _Sidebar and _Footer. - 23 redirects and 8 empty/duplicate/orphaned pages dropped - 'Major Minor' merges the former 'MajorMinor Method' and 'Majorminor' - 155 internal links rewritten, all resolving - 14 <classdiagram> diagrams converted to Mermaid - 43 collapsible sections converted to <details> - 471 math delimiters: <math> converted to LaTeX - 13 images imported; AdmixtureNGS.png and Pcangsd_pca.png are 404 on popgen.dk - 11 wiki tables converted to Markdown tables
