MAMUT-routing benchmark snapshot 2026-09-23-70ca946. This is the first snapshot with the two family-first collections (Poryos2026, Mamut2026) and the Lera2026 and Blauth2024 time-dependent families. It also carries the TD best-known solutions and optimality proofs from the July–September campaigns.

16 archives plus snapshot-manifest.json. Source commit 70ca946. The previous snapshot is snapshot-2026-07-06-172eb21.

Archive Instances BKS What it is License
Mamut2026 (collection: CVRP) 330 330 110 OSM city bases × 3 arc-cost metrics (euclidean, shortest, fastest) over identical customers; BKS from campaign 2 (PyVRP 0.13.4, 10 seeds + polish) ODbL-1.0
Poryos2026 (collection: CVRP, VRPTW, TDVRP, TDVRPTW) 1080 1080 (238 proven optimal) 5 cities × n ∈ {10…1000} × 2 sampling methods; paired variants sharing customers, demands and capacity ODbL-1.0
TDVRP-Lera2026, TDVRPTW-Lera2026 480 + 480 480 + 480 The IGP time-dependent model scaled to the Gehring & Homberger bases, n = 200–1000 MIT
TDVRPTW-Blauth2024 40 40 Value-exact conversion of the vrptdt-benchmark (Blauth et al. 2024): 10 cities, OSM roads and Uber Movement speeds CC BY-NC 4.0, non-commercial only

No BKS got worse, and no instance was added to or removed from these families. Optimality proofs are new since July. They are recorded in each BKS file under metadata.optimality, with the prover, the certificate, the dual bound and the campaign.

VRPTW-Dimacs2021, VRPTW-Ortec2022 and VRPTW-Sintef2008 have the same instances and BKS as in July.

Removed

CVRP-Mamut2026 and VRPTW-Mamut2026. Those v1 generated trees are now the Poryos2026 collection. The name Mamut2026 now refers to the new CVRP collection above.

A collection archive (scope: family_collection, named <Family>-snapshot-<id>.zip) holds every problem type of the family plus its shared sidecars/. It has no problem type, so select it with --benchmark-name alone. Adding --problem-type filters it out.

Files shipped as sha256 pins

As in their git repositories, two families ship their largest files as sha256 pins that you rebuild locally:

  • Mamut2026: the 20 distance matrices of the 10 largest POI instances (n ≥ 1200, 563 MB). Rebuild them with mamut-tools generate materialize-distances <instance.vrp.json>. The other 310 instances load as shipped.
  • Blauth2024: the ATF sidecars of the 20 instances at n = 1000 and 2000. Regenerate them with the MAMUT-routing-tools converter from the pinned upstream commit (see the family README). The 20 instances at n = 10 and 500 load as shipped.

Each archive carries its family's LICENSE.
