This release comes with two new features appended to the 1.9.1 version
- Server setting to allow the gradual refilling of energy from E-Tanks
- Server setting to change the behavior of freeze combat and Varia Suit; Ice missiles lose effectiveness over time in general, meanwhile the Varia Suit only prevents uncharged beam shots from freezing.
Requires the included server to work properly
