BREAKING CHANGES:
- Removed `AddErrorOrEndpointJson<TContext>()` in favor of `AddErrorOrEndpoints(options => options.UseJsonContext<T>())`
- Removed `ErrorOrLegacyParameterBinding` MSBuild property - smart binding is now always enabled

Added:
- Fluent builder pattern with ErrorOrEndpointOptions
- UseJsonContext<T>(), WithCamelCase(), WithIgnoreNulls() methods

Since no public consumers exist (0 GitHub repos, 0 NuGet dependents), these breaking changes are safe.
