To use program you must specify path to unpacked Fallout , or Fallout 2 files in config.toml.
Simply drag & drop maps onto program and it will output FOnline text maps.
Also there's convertation lists support, you can specify replace for every object pid and for every tile name in this file, and then specify list name in config.toml, this made cause you'll pretty sure not stop on just Fallout/Fallout 2 and wanna be to convert maps from mods such as Nevada, or Sonora.
The convertation list that is being shipped with tool is example, don't forget to comment out ConvertionList parameter in config.toml before using tool!
