ARMSX3 1.0.4

A fix for FSR on Mali GPUs.

  • FSR upscaling now works on Mali GPUs. It showed a black screen there before. SGSR had the same problem and got the same fix. Tested on an Dimensity 8500 Ultra, Arm Mali-G720 MC8, thanks to slimpuggamer for testing!
