Added

• Added SNS, SQS and ECR permissions to ASF-deployment-ci-cf.yml for deploying HyP3-backed monitoring stacks.
• New deployments: pism-cloud-sandbox, hyp3-beta-test, hyp3-beta, hyp3-pse-watermaps-test, and hyp3-pse-watermaps.
• Added a PISM_ISMIP7_GREENLAND_RUN job for preparing both forward and inverse model runs of Greenland for ISMIP7.
• Added the ntasks API parameter to PISM_EXECUTE so vCPUs and memory can be dynamically set from job parameters.
• A GLACIER_MELT job, which is made available in hyp3-beta, for computing melt extents and snowlines from glacier backscatter images.

• The maximum length of the bucket_prefix job parameter has been increased to 700 UTF-8 characters from 100.
• ARTRAFF_RTC (MultiRTC) jobs now take a floating point number instead of an integer for the resolution parameter. The minimum of 0 is also now correctly represented as an exclusive minimum (must be > 0, not ≥).
• Combined the PISM_TERRA_RUN_FORWARD and PISM_TERRA_RUN_INERVERSE jobs into PISM_GLACIER_RUN job for preparing both forward and inverse model runs of RGI glacier complexes.
• Renamed the PISM_TERRA_EXECUTE job to PISM_EXECUTE in line with the other PISM jobs.
• Removed required RGI subdirectory from the run_script S3 URI parameter in the PISM_EXECUTE job type generalizing it for non-glaicer runs.
• all PISM_* jobs will now set their vCPU and memory requirements via batch container overrides using the ntasks job parameter, which now has a maximum of 192 tasks (corresponding to a r8id.48xlarge).
• The timeout for all PISM jobs has been extended to 1 week.
• Increased default/expanded vCPUs to 13000 for all PSIM deployments.
• Reworked custom HyP3 deployment actions
  • JPL deployments have been moved to the deploy-custom-jpl-test.yml and deploy-custom-jpl-prod.yml workflows so they can keep using service user access keys.
  • Remaining HyP3 deployments in the delpoy-custom-test.yml and deploy-custom-prod.yml workflows are now deployed via OIDC.
• All references to the HyP3 CI/CD stack name has been changed to github-actions from hyp3-ci inline with typical usage.
• Reduced default/expanded vCPUs to 1000/2000 in hyp3-edc-uat and hyp3-edc-prod.
