MacAuraLive v1.4.0

This release includes important stability and UI improvements to the Slideshow Manager and User Guide.

馃洜 Fixes & Improvements

  • Slideshow Playlist: Clearing the slideshow playlist selection no longer incorrectly falls back to playing all wallpapers. The UI now accurately reflects 0 items selected when the list is cleared.
  • Streamlined Downloads & Permissions: Addressed repeated macOS permission prompts on startup. Custom downloaded wallpapers now reside in ~/Documents/MacAuraLiveApp/, and expensive audio verification is bypassed during startup (only triggered during initial wallpaper import).
  • Responsive User Guide: Converted the User Guide topic filters to use a responsive wrapping layout. The category filters now properly wrap and fit across multiple lines when resizing the window.
  • Slideshow Scaling & Placement Sync: Wallpapers transitioned automatically via the Slideshow Manager (including GenAI, HTML, and GIF wallpapers) will now wait for the DOM to fully load before applying your global Zoom and Placement settings, ensuring all wallpapers scale correctly.
