[Show and tell] Complete 12-episode AI donghua series made with SDXL + custom LoRA

I built a complete 12-episode AI-animated donghua (Chinese anime) series using SDXL + custom LoRA for character consistency.

Nine Turns of the Crimson Heavens (九转丹霄)

What it is: A full Xianxia/cultivation-fantasy animated web series — 12 episodes, 4+ hours total, all AI-generated.

How I used SDXL:

• Custom LoRA trained on 30 character reference images for consistency
• 15+ controlled keyframes per episode
• Vertical format (1080x1920) for mobile viewing
• DPM++ 2M Karras, 30 steps

Full Pipeline:

1. SDXL + LoRA for character frames (via ComfyUI)
2. Blender NPR (三渲二) for anime-style shading
3. Remotion for Ken Burns + assembly
4. Automated TTS narration + BGM + captions
