Memorix 1.4.1

Memorix 1.4.1 is the stable release for the 1.4 multimodal line.

• Adds MiniMax M3 video-input routing, contributed by @octo-patch in #153, with deterministic provider coverage.
• Refreshes the public product-boundaries roadmap, contributed by @FBISiri in #140.
• Makes provider integration tests explicit: normal test runs do not consume ambient API credentials or local Pi OAuth state; live checks require MEMORIX_AI_LIVE_TESTS=1.
• Keeps plugin manifests and official MCP Registry metadata synchronized with the npm version before publication.

Verified through full CI on Ubuntu and Windows, Docker, native SQLite, a fresh npm tarball CLI/MCP smoke, npm provenance, and the official MCP Registry.
