Fixes bug:

#1 KNOWN BUG - KMZ not generating when Speed/Course option is NOT selected for both .py and .exe versions. Appears to run correctly with the option enabled.

UPDATES (from v1.2)

  1. Reported speed and course (direction) parsed and included as optional field.
    Note: Speed should not be relied upon for exact accuracy, as it does have a degree of uncertainty.
  2. Lat/Long output changed to 6 decimal places (approximately 4 inches of accuracy).
  3. Horizontal Accuracy output changed to 2 decimal places (1 centimeter).
  4. Output to micro-seconds (.000) to incorporate the speed at which records are created.
  5. CSV ordered by Timestamp value, rather than record number (PK), due to some records being written out of order chronologically.
  6. Logo updated.
