🚀 What's New in Version 1.3?

1️⃣ Add Notes

Description: Users can now create and store patient-specific notes, providing a way to document key information, session summaries, and progress updates.

Details:

  • Notes can be added directly from the Patient Details page.
  • Each note includes:
    • Title
    • Content
    • Timestamp (to track creation time).
  • Enhances the ability to track patient progress over time.

2️⃣ View Notes

Description: Users can access and review all notes associated with a specific patient.

Details:

  • Notes are displayed with:
    • Title
    • Content
    • Creation Date
  • Presented in a structured, readable format for quick reference.

3️⃣ Filter Notes (By Title)

Description: A new filtering functionality allows users to search notes by title, enhancing efficiency in locating specific entries.

Details:

  • Enables precision searching through patient notes by filtering based on note titles.
  • Facilitates quick retrieval of notes related to specific topics or sessions.
  • Note: Filtering by date range is not yet supported in this release.
