First tagged release of CodeMap.
CodeMap generates a structural index of your codebase in .codemap/, so an LLM can find a symbol and read only its line range instead of scanning whole files.
In this release
- Plugin version sync — the Claude Code plugin entry was pinned at
1.0.0while the CLI had moved to1.3.x. Plugin installs now track the current release. - YAML / Markdown navigation documented — both parsers already shipped, but the plugin skill never mentioned them.
codemap show config.yamlandcodemap show docs/README.mdwork, and thekey/section/subsection/subsubsectionsymbol types are now discoverable.
Highlights since the project started
- 19 language parsers — Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, Go, Java, C#, Rust, C, C++, PHP, Dart, Ruby, SQL, HTML, CSS, Markdown, YAML
