Security and Qt6 compatibility correction for the QGIS plugin directory.

  • zero Bandit findings, including removal of the blocking B101 assert
  • no packaged scanner configuration or suppressed security rules
  • onboarding commands use Qt QProcess
  • all 83 reported enums use Qt6/PyQGIS 4 scoped forms
  • validated by the official PyQGIS 4 checker
  • plugin boot and end-to-end MCP smoke validated on QGIS LTR 3.44.12
