Graphe 0.1.0 — the first release.

Graphe is an agentic coding platform for the desktop, built on pi. It adds the sub-agents and plan mode pi deliberately leaves out, wrapped in a real workspace: projects and tabs, version history with a picture of each change, a design system it reads before it writes, background jobs that outlast your attention, and the money on screen in your own currency.

This release is the fleet.

The fleet

• One request becomes several pieces of work. The agent that plans can put the list on the board; each piece runs in its own copy of the project, four at a time, the rest wait — and they carry on even if you close the window.
• A helper that builds. A fourth kind of helper that writes code, inside a copy of the project it can only reach — no git, no web, nothing outside the folder it was given.
• Try it two or three ways, keep one. Goes at the same thing finish as pictures side by side, with what each cost. Keep the winner; the rest go.
• A review reaches the pull request. A verdict can post straight to the PR the change came from.
• How far a change would reach. It names the files a change would touch before it makes it.
• A map of the project. Folders by size, what reaches into what, where the styles live — read before a request is split up.
• A project's own checks. One file per check in .agents/checks; a project says what every review must look at.
• Copy a conversation. The whole record under a name of its own, opened straight away — no going back, no losing the direction.

Fixed

• Keeping one piece of work no longer undoes the one kept before it.
• Files with accented names are no longer silently left behind.
• The agent now reads a pasted Figma link itself, not only the panel beside it.
• Reading the online copy no longer asks to publish the site.
• A conversation's checkout comes home when work lands, instead of a second copy left on disk forever.
• Two conversations can no longer be handed the same checkout, a spend ceiling that could not measure now says so, helpers have a clock and a ceiling, a crash gives up the ports it held — and a review pass over the branch found ten defects, all fixed here.
