Performance

  • Eliminated startup freeze — deferred heavy session scanning so the app renders instantly
  • Reduced beach balls — CWD watcher reuses existing watchers instead of rescanning large directories
  • Smarter background work — expensive operations defer when user is actively switching projects

Session Resume

  • Reliable resume for large projects — uses --resume <session-id> for direct lookup instead of scanning all sessions
  • Works with 200+ sessions — no more exit code 1 on projects with many sessions

Active Agents

  • Project-scoped — agents from Project A no longer bleed into Project B
  • Survives project switches — per-project buffer restores agents on switch-back

Usage Tracking

  • Always shows data — cached percentages display immediately, even when API is rate-limited
  • Hidden background fallback — spawns invisible PTY to capture /usage when OAuth API fails
  • Refresh button works — force-fetches fresh data from API

Settings & UI

  • Font size actually works — terminal font updates live when changed in Settings
  • Fixed billing mode — removed fake "Auto-detect", shows Subscription / API
