fix: DeepSeekActivity 工具栏「新会话」改为统一后端重定向

- newChat() 由本地 JS 点页面按钮改为调用 DeepSeekChatBridge.openDeepSeekUrl(deepSeekUrl)
- 与 /api/chat/new 端点共用同一套 openDeepSeekUrl 重定向逻辑，DeepSeek 主窗口跳到 chat.deepseek.com
- 保留未登录 / WebView 已销毁提示，移除冗余旧 javadoc
