Signed Windows + Linux build with in-app auto-update.

  • Host tab rebuilt into one "Your provider" dashboard: clearly separates your wallet from the on-chain provider account, and shows the provider's balance, active leases, bid capacity and earnings (7d / 30d / est per day and month), plus optional wallet sponsorship of the bid deposits.
  • Removed all em-dashes from the UI; checkboxes are now toggle switches.
  • Wording fixes: "needs Linux" (not "Linux VM"), and clearer on-chain status.
