v0.1.29 - Abakos Provider: provider resources + reliable self-hosted updater (signed, Win+Linux)

Signed Windows + Linux build. Auto-update is now self-hosted and reliable (via abakos.ai).

• Provider dashboard now shows resources: free vs total CPU / RAM / disk (and GPU) for your compute provider, alongside active leases and earnings.
• Reliable auto-updater (from v0.1.28): the app checks abakos.ai instead of GitHub's flaky "latest" redirect that kept serving stale versions. Install this build once manually; every future update is then automatic.
• Plus everything from v0.1.27: unified provider dashboard, no em-dashes, toggle switches, fixed Explorer "sent" link.
