What's changed

  • Added setup.ps1 for configuring the gateway in the current PowerShell session.
  • Added executable setup.sh for Git Bash, WSL, and other Bash environments.
  • Added a cross-platform Node launcher that reads DESKTOP_HMAC_SECRET from server/.dev.vars and starts Electron with the production Worker URL.
  • Updated npm start to configure the gateway automatically before launching Vaani.
