v1.0.0 - the first release

Gathers what a firewall blocks by list into one page: public address lists fetched daily into
aliases, countries in a GeoIP alias, Unbound's DNS block lists shown beside them, and TLS clients
cut by their JA4 fingerprint. The block rules are registered by the plugin and never added to the
owner's own rules; connections already open to a newly listed address are cut, and on a Sophos XGS
taken out of the coprocessor. Firewall: Block Lists (XGS: Block Lists with os-xgs-npu).

• The package below is built from this tag by the release workflow; install/install.sh installs
  the same files from a copy of the repository.
• Its Arabic is in opnsense-arabic's catalogue, shown where that plugin is installed.
• Updated by hand to this repository's releases, from XGS: Updates once it is listed there,
  or with /usr/local/opnsense/scripts/blocklists/self-update.py;
  nothing is installed on its own.
