v1.0.0 - the first release

Rebuilds the out-of-tree kernel modules registered with it for the kernel an OPNsense update
installs, before the host reboots onto it: that kernel's sources, each module built from nothing,
checked, and installed with a stamp of its kernel, the previous build kept beside it. It runs from
the upgrade hook, at every orderly reboot (bounded) and every five minutes; os-xgs-npu's own two
modules stay with its own follower. System: Kernel Follower (XGS: Kernel Follower with os-xgs-npu).

• The package below is built from this tag by the release workflow; install/install.sh installs
  the same files from a copy of the repository.
• Its Arabic is in opnsense-arabic's catalogue, shown where that plugin is installed.
• Updated by hand to this repository's releases, from XGS: Updates once it is listed there,
  or with /usr/local/opnsense/scripts/kernelfollow/self-update.py;
  nothing is installed on its own.
