v1.0.0 - the first release

Arms the host's hardware watchdog with watchdogd(8) at every boot and disarms it at every shutdown,
so a host that stops running is reset by its own hardware; on AMD processors of family 17h or later
it also reads, at every boot, why the host last reset. Where os-xgs-npu already arms the timer, it
stands aside and only shows it. System: Hardware Watchdog (XGS: Hardware Watchdog with os-xgs-npu).

• The package below is built from this tag by the release workflow; install/install.sh installs
  the same files from a copy of the repository.
• Its Arabic is in opnsense-arabic's catalogue, shown where that plugin is installed.
• Updated by hand to this repository's releases, from XGS: Updates once it is listed there,
  or with /usr/local/opnsense/scripts/watchdog/self-update.py;
  nothing is installed on its own.
