Download Zoom Toolkit.exe below and run it — no installation, no Python required (Windows 64-bit).

⚠️ On first launch Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" because the app isn't code-signed — click More info → Run anyway. Some antivirus tools may flag PyInstaller executables; this is a known false positive.

Tools

• Audio Extractor — pulls audio out of nested SD-card folders (Zoom FOLDER01 layouts) into one directory, renaming to avoid overwrites, with optional auto-sort by date.
• Audio Cleaner — moves accidental short clips into a short_audio/ folder using a configurable duration threshold.
• Auto-Sorter — organizes recordings into clean date-based sub-folders.

Highlights

• Full English + Arabic (RTL) UI with Gregorian and Hijri calendars
• Dark "Field Console" design with a live level-meter progress indicator
• Dry-run preview, a plan summary before sorting, and Stop/cancel mid-run
• Drag-and-drop folders, remembered settings, configurable file types, recursive scanning
• Automatic per-run log saved to the output folder + one-click Open output folder

Settings are stored in %APPDATA%\ZoomToolkit\config.json (delete to reset).
