Installation

NPM (Recommended)

npm install -g perplexity-cli

Direct Use

npx perplexity-cli

From Source

cd perplexity-cli
npm install
npm link

Quick Start

  1. Set your API key:

    perplexity-cli set-key YOUR_API_KEY_HERE

  2. Run your first query:

    perplexity-cli query "What is the capital of France?"

  3. Try streaming a response:

    perplexity-cli query "Explain quantum computing" --stream
