What's new

  • In-app update check: Feint now checks this repo's latest release on launch and shows a banner when a newer version is available, with a one-click link to the release page.

Install

  1. Download Feint.dmg below.

  2. Open it, drag Feint into Applications.

  3. First launch only: since this build isn't notarized by Apple yet, macOS Gatekeeper will block it as "unidentified developer." Either:

    • Right-click (or Control-click) Feint.app → Open → confirm Open in the dialog, or
    • Run xattr -cr /Applications/Feint.app in Terminal once.

    After that first launch, it opens normally like any other app.
