Added support for the .umsbt file format to the library. Reading and writing are supported, alongside adding/inserting/deleting msbt files within UMSBT archives.

label_map is an exposed property, offering read only map of all labels to MSBTEntry objects.
Fixed a bug where creating an empty msbt with MSBT.new would not create a TXT2 section, making the file unusable.
