Marketplace sync and discoverability layer.

  • Synced marketplace.json to the released plugin versions: sniff 0.7.0, ui-ux-suite 0.5.0, recap-studio 0.4.0, aws-cost-audit 0.2.0. Dropped metadata.keywords so claude plugin validate --strict passes clean.
  • Refreshed plugin versions and the recap test count (43 across 5 test-bearing packages) across README, ECOSYSTEM, llms.txt, QUALITY-BAR, AGENTS.
  • Fixed the validate CI: replaced the gitleaks action (which failed with stderr-not-empty) with a pinned working-tree scan.
  • Added a GitHub Pages hub landing page aggregating all four plugins, plus star history, localized READMEs (zh-CN, ja, es, fr) with a language switcher, FUNDING.yml (github: Aboudjem), and a CLAUDE.md contributor guide.
  • House-style pass: removed sentence-break em-dashes across docs and SVG text.
