A motion identity across the whole fleet, and the literal synthwave scenery removed everywhere.
No behaviour changes, no new plugins.
Changed
- Every tracked asset in all eight repos is rebuilt on one principle: the whole mark is drawn
once as a muted track and a single bright element travels over it, so no frame of the loop is an
incomplete logo and the reduced-motion resting frame is the finished mark. The hub's own motion is
a light circling an open ring while a bar escapes through its gap. - The scenery is gone. No sun disc, no horizon line, no perspective grid and no band cuts in any
of the 61 tracked SVGs across the eight repos. The palette, the soft dual-tone wash, the restrained
glow and the mono eyebrows stay. - Zero SMIL. 42 SMIL nodes became CSS, gradient colour drift included, so the
prefers-reduced-motionguard now reaches every animation in the system. - The plugin table shows the marks. Each row's thumbnail is now that plugin's
logo-mark-animated.svgat 40 px instead of a static PNG at 28 px, inREADME.mdand all four
translations. 28 px was measured and four of the eight marks did not read at it. - Every text fill re-measured against the ground it actually ships on, by rendering each file
with its text removed and sampling under each run. Tightest pair in this repo: 4.66:1. site/index.htmltakes the lifted v2 ground and text tokens.- All seven plugins released and re-pinned: sniff 0.8.0 to 0.8.1, ui-ux-suite 0.6.0 to
0.6.1, recap-studio 0.5.0 to 0.5.1, aws-cost-audit 0.3.0 to 0.3.1, goalify 2.6.0 to
2.6.1, humanizer 0.7.0 to 0.7.1, loopify 1.1.0 to 1.1.1. Every prose surface
(ECOSYSTEM.md,llms.txt,QUALITY-BAR.md,AGENTS.md,CLAUDE.md) was refreshed to match,
and every test figure in them was re-derived by running the command in the plugin's own repo.
Added
.github/assets/logo-mark-animated.svgand.github/assets/logo-mark-animated-light.svg, a
256x256 animated mark on a rounded tile with dark and light variants.logo-mark.png,logo-mark-512.pngandsocial-preview.pngare now headless-Chrome renders of
the mark's reduced-motion resting frame, so the raster cannot drift from the vector.
