Disable save button in Menas if no edit was made

## Describe the bug
If I don't edit anything in Menas in edit dataset, schema or mapping table then I wouldn't expect the version to change. This creates more and more versions needlessly. 

## Expected behavior
I would expect a disabled save button or a check for change upon clicking save and if there was no change, change nothing.
