Each download is one file.
Linux. In the folder where you saved the file:
chmod +x OpenScan-0.6.14-linux-x86_64
./OpenScan-0.6.14-linux-x86_64The window opens. Plug the scanner in first. Your user must be in the video group so the cameras can open. A normal desktop already has the X11 library this file uses.
The AppImage is the same program:
chmod +x OpenScan-0.6.14-x86_64.AppImage
./OpenScan-0.6.14-x86_64.AppImageIf Linux cannot mount the AppImage, add --appimage-extract-and-run before any command.
Windows. Open OpenScan-0.6.14-windows-x86_64.exe.
Android. Install OpenScan-0.6.14.apk. Android warns that the file is signed with a debug key. That warning is expected.
There is no macOS file.
The download does not include a calibration file. Copy yours to ~/.local/share/openscan/calib/ and name it with the scanner serial and .txt, for example SERIAL.txt.
