Fix Options menu checkbox visibility and move feedback link to footer

The custom MenuItem template never rendered a check indicator, so
"Check for updates automatically" gave no visual sign of on/off.
Added a checkmark glyph and a minimum context menu width.
Moved "Send feedback" out of the Options menu into the footer next
to the app version, linking to antoniodeabreu.dev/career-livery-manager.
