Add automatic Official2024/Community folder detection and changelog

  • Detect Official2024 and Community folders automatically by reading
    MSFS's own UserCfg.opt, fixing setup for Game Pass/Xbox app users
    whose folders live in a hidden AppData path. Manual browsing still
    works exactly as before.
  • Add docs/GAME_PASS_SETUP.md, linked from the setup screen.
  • Add CHANGELOG.md as a stable link to release notes, backed by
    per-version files in docs/changelog/, linked from the app's Options
    menu and the README.
  • Bump version to 1.1.2.
