Point feedback/changelog/roadmap at the new site, document streamed aircraft
- Feedback, changelog, and a new roadmap link now point to
career-livery-manager.vercel.app instead of the old placeholder
links; renamed the Options menu item to "View updates" to avoid
confusion with "Open logs". - Document that MSFS 2024 streams most aircraft on demand: the
Official2024 folder exists either way, but looks empty (or is
missing a specific plane's package) until that aircraft has been
downloaded in-game at least once. Added a short note to the
in-app setup screen, README, MANUAL_GUIDE.md, and
GAME_PASS_SETUP.md, based on a user report where this was the
actual cause of a "no manifest.json found" error.
