v1.3.0

This release includes mostly internal technical changes, with the only player-facing change being a fix to a bug where certain rare lines of dialogue would be skipped. This also marks the first release of the mod under the AccessMods organisation.

Note: If you use the automated installer, you will need to download it again from this release as there have been some updates to dependencies and the repo transfer which the old installer will not handle correctly.
