0.1.0rc1 — chat model and five service toolkits (candidate)

Release candidate from the OPEN, reviewed-in-progress implementation PR #1. This is not a merged stable release or an official LangChain listing.

Six separately installable wheels: native ChatAceDataCloud and Suno/Seedance/HappyHorse/GPT Image/Nano Banana by Ace Data Cloud. The five service packages expose typed submission and same-ID query tools. Generation is explicitly enabled by the application. No paid model/media test was performed.

Validation: 82 offline tests passed, 1 skipped; official LangChain standard unit suites, five create_agent query loops, sync/async and streaming/tool-loop mocks. Python 3.11/3.12 CI successful for the source candidate; all 12 wheel/sdist artifacts pass twine check. Clean wheel and Suno-only installations validated.

PyPI is currently partial: chat core, HappyHorse, GPT Image and Nano Banana 0.1.0rc1 wheels are public. Suno and Seedance uploads stopped at HTTP 429. These GitHub release assets provide all six candidate wheels and source distributions without claiming a completed PyPI publication. Install core plus only the service wheel you need. API calls require your own application Key and current account access/balance.

Built-in init_chat_model selection, official directory approval, paid task/billing acceptance and acquisition conversion remain separate gates. See RELEASE_STATUS.md on the implementation branch.
