Prismoo v0.4.0 发版说明

Petric 正式更名为 Prismoo。老用户直接覆盖安装即可，设置、聊天记录与自定义宠物会自动沿用，不会丢失。

✨ 新版本亮点

🐾 名称更新：Petric → Prismoo

  • 应用更名并启用全新视觉：新图标、新品牌图、界面与文案全面更新
  • 安装包文件名更新为 Prismoo-Setup-x.y.z.exe（应用 ID 保持不变，可直接覆盖升级）
  • 升级安装会自动沿用旧版 Petric 的用户数据目录，设置 / 聊天记录 / 自定义宠物无需重新配置

🔄 更新体验大升级

  • 设置面板新增「更新」专区，并显示当前版本号
  • 可开关「启动时检查更新」「自动下载新版本」，可选稳定版 / 预览版更新渠道
  • 检查、下载进度、就绪状态全程可见，支持查看更新日志
  • 支持「立即检查 / 下载更新 / 重启更新 / 打开下载页」一键操作
  • 检查失败自动按 30 分钟 → 2 小时 → 24 小时退避重试
  • 选择「稍后再说」后，24 小时内不再打扰同一版本；下次退出时自动完成更新

🔐 更安全的本地配置

  • API Key 改为使用操作系统安全存储加密后落盘（macOS Keychain / Windows DPAPI / Linux Keyring）
  • 配置写入改为原子写入 + 防抖合并，退出前自动冲刷，降低配置损坏风险

🚀 性能与稳定性

  • 自定义外观改为流式资源协议加载：超大 3D 模型不再以 base64 跨进程传输，加载更快、内存占用更低
  • 宠物命中检测改为按需重建，GPU 回读频率大幅降低；鼠标划过透明窗口不再让宠物一直保持清醒
  • 新增系统守护：拔插显示器 / 切换分辨率 / 系统休眠恢复后，宠物自动回到可见屏幕范围内
  • 修复截图相关图片显示问题

  • macOS / Linux：请前往 GitHub Releases 下载对应安装包
  • 未签名版本首次运行时，Windows SmartScreen 可能提示“未知发布者”，点击「更多信息 → 仍要运行」即可
  • 自动更新仅对打包安装版生效；使用中遇到问题欢迎到仓库提交 Issue

Prismoo v0.4.0 Release Notes

Petric is now Prismoo. Existing users can simply install over the previous version — settings, chat history, and custom pets carry over automatically.

✨ What’s New

🐾 Rename: Petric → Prismoo

  • New name, new icon and brand assets, refreshed UI copy across the whole app
  • Installer renamed to Prismoo-Setup-x.y.z.exe (the app ID is unchanged, so it upgrades existing installs in place)
  • Upgrade installs automatically reuse the legacy Petric data directory — no need to reconfigure settings, chats, or custom pets

🔄 A Much Better Update Experience

  • New “Updates” section in Settings, with the current version shown in the header
  • Toggle “check on startup” and “auto-download”, and choose between Stable and Prerelease channels
  • Full visibility of check / download / ready states, with release notes viewable in-app
  • One-click actions: check now, download, restart & update, or open the release page
  • Failed checks retry automatically with backoff (30 min → 2 h → 24 h)
  • Choosing “Later” silences the same version for 24 hours; the update is applied at the next app quit

🔐 Safer Local Configuration

  • API keys are now encrypted at rest with the OS secure storage (macOS Keychain / Windows DPAPI / Linux Keyring)
  • Config saves use atomic writes with debounce merging, flushed on quit — lowering the risk of a corrupted config

🚀 Performance & Stability

  • Custom appearances now load through a streaming resource scheme: large 3D models no longer cross the IPC bridge as base64 — faster to load, lower memory usage
  • Per-pixel pet hit-testing is rebuilt lazily, drastically reducing GPU readbacks; a cursor sweeping across the transparent window no longer keeps the pet awake
  • System watchdogs: after monitors are added/removed, resolution changes, or the system resumes from sleep, the pet is automatically brought back to a visible screen
  • Fixed screenshot display issues in the docs

  • macOS / Linux: grab the matching package from GitHub Releases
  • Unsigned builds may trigger a Windows SmartScreen “unknown publisher” warning — choose “More info → Run anyway”
  • Auto-update only applies to installed packaged builds; feel free to open an Issue if you run into anything
