scrip v0.1.0

scrip is a self-hosted pastebin written in Rust. Upload from the shell
over TCP or HTTP and share the returned URL.

• Browser viewer with syntax highlighting, line links and seven themes
• SQLite storage with retention, quotas and optional encryption at rest
• HTTP options for expiry, burn-after-read and token-based deletion
• Per-source limits, IP bans and automatic ban escalation
• CLI commands for takedowns, garbage collection and ban management
• systemd and nftables deployment, a NixOS module and container builds
• CI checks, fuzz targets, integration tests and load/soak harnesses

This is the alpha baseline for v0.1.0. Builds require Rust 1.85 or newer.
Encryption at rest is optional; the running server still sees plaintext.
