Mass File text-Search doesn't search in ALL subfolders

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

The Mass-file text search doesnt search inside all files of all subfolders.

I did this:

1. download the repo zip of this https://github.com/LNReader/lnreader repo, and exctract it
2. Do a Mass search in the extracted folder, search "Lorem"

Expected Behaviour

The app finds successfully the text I searched in one .ts file, 10 matches

Actual Behaviour

0 finds

Other details

I moved that .ts file at the top folder, and searched again. It found the 10 matched. I.assume the problem is thag the app doesnt dig enough into the subfolders.
