[0.3.0] - 2026-09-17 — manuscript catalog wave + token auto-injection

Manuscript catalog. The research manuscript became a deterministic,
50-page per-module catalog: one GEO-INFER-* section per module (45
sections) with framework figures and auto-injected count tokens so no
hard-coded numbers can drift. Alongside it: the README/AGENTS inventories
were regenerated from the current module tree.

Added (2026-09-16/17 — per-module manuscript wave + GEO_* tokens)

    into 45 GEO-INFER-* module sections, each a deterministic summary of the
    module's purpose, package layout, and testing route, with three new
