GEO-INFER v0.3.0 — Manuscript Catalog Wave
[0.3.0] - 2026-09-17 — manuscript catalog wave + token auto-injection
Manuscript catalog. The research manuscript became a deterministic,
50-page per-module catalog: oneGEO-INFER-*section per module (45
sections) with framework figures and auto-injected count tokens so no
hard-coded numbers can drift. Alongside it: the README/AGENTS inventories
were regenerated from the current module tree.
Added (2026-09-16/17 — per-module manuscript wave + GEO_* tokens)
- Per-module manuscript catalog (50 pages): the manuscript was expanded
into 45GEO-INFER-*module sections, each a deterministic summary of the
module's purpose, package layout, and testing route, with three new
deterministic figures (module theme map, framework data flow, verification
Manuscript
- Review PDF: attached (GEO-INFER-manuscript-2026-09-17.pdf) — 50-page per-module catalog (45 modules), margin 1.5cm, three new deterministic figures, all counts auto-injected.
GEO-INFER v0.2.0 — repo-wide quality campaign (189 items, 45 modules)
GEO-INFER v0.2.0
45 production wheels attached below (one per module) · Python 3.11+ · Full changelog
This release ships the 2026-09-11 repo-wide quality campaign: a 14-lane scoping swarm over all 45 modules produced 189 bounded items (48 Medium / 141 Minor / 0 Major, 6 probe-confirmed), executed in six reviewed waves with CI green at every boundary.

What changed, by wave
- Probe-confirmed bug fixes (6) — MARINE sea-level ~45x inflation, ENERGY per-step trend, TRANSPORT free reverse routing, ECON Okun sign inversion, METAGOV governance ID collisions, AGENT lost task handles. Each pinned by a regression test.
- Silent-fabrication family (82) — fabricated fallbacks, sentinel error values, ignored contracts, silent no-ops → correct math or explicit errors across 36 modules (Moran's I S2, DuckDB CRS, retry recursion caps, polygon centroids, websocket wiring, IoT latency instrumentation, …).
- Packaging coherence (20) — 42 pyprojects normalized, dependency floors aligned, 9 undeclared imports declared, BIO wheel
__init__.pydrop fixed, single re-lock; new import-parity + classifier gates invalidate_packaging --strict(45/0/0). - Test gaps (21) — behavior surfaces under the canonical runner (INSURANCE 131 / SEC 72 / GIT 79 / COMMS 104+ new tests); cascadia + demo lanes wired; 17 conftest
sys.pathhacks removed; zero-skip enforced. - Docs & API honesty (29) — new
validate_doc_imports.pygate (every doc import resolves to real code); all SKILL.md test commands redirected to the unified runner; phantom API claims replaced with real methods. - CI gates & structure (31) — deduplicated
validatejob, python×category test matrix, release CI-success gate + always-verify tag builds, 45-wheel build-smoke, actionlint job, wheel-resource migrations (GS-023), ANT 1899-line monolith → package, TIME cusum O(n²)→O(n) (15×), CLIMATE Mann-Kendall/Sen vectorized, manuscript verification timeouts.
