GNN 4.2.0 refreshes the supported scientific stack, fixes discrete filtering and direct-script startup, and makes release qualification repeatable.

  • RxInfer 6.1.0 / ReactiveMP 7 on Julia 1.13.2, with native categorical/Gaussian witnesses, structured inference and custom-rule checks.
  • Current compatible frozen dependencies, including aiohttp 3.14.5 and Pillow 13.0.0 security updates, JAX 0.12.0 on supported interpreter profiles, and refreshed API, documentation and developer tools.
  • Correct previous-action prediction for discrete PyTorch/NumPyro filtering, finite cpomdp controls with bounded enumeration, and truthful failure status for headless processing.
  • A fast just release-preflight, one collector for all sixteen release workflows, automatic version-tag qualification, fewer duplicate triggers and reused frozen environments. Test selections, native matrices, coverage floors and deadlines are preserved. Independent main/tag checks may run concurrently after exact tree verification.
  • Updated package, API/CLI, backend and release documentation; a freshly rendered manuscript and figures; current companion source/Q7 custody with historical receipts retained.

The attached verification records identify the exact source, tag, hosted checks, archives and acceptance scopes. Comprehensive coverage is checked separately for each native interpreter over the original denominator; optional skips remain explicit.

Install the ordinary wheel for the core/API surfaces. GUI and all-extras development use the repository's frozen uv environment: the documented Pillow 13 override is required while Gradio's metadata still declares Pillow <13. Native GUI callback qualification covers Python 3.11–3.13; those callbacks remain unsupported on Python 3.14. Python/HDF5 and archived ActiveInference.jl constraints retain their named compatibility exceptions. THRML structural-zero support and broader research-planner capabilities remain outside the released contract.

This is a GitHub distribution release. No PyPI publication, exact-version archival DOI, generated-runner execution proof or whole-manuscript perfection is claimed.
